He leads the company's technical vision across both Faraday Capital Systems and Payroll Synergy Experts, with a focus on transforming fragmented business processes into structured, AI-governed workflows that operate at scale.

Susan Rivera brings over 20 years of leadership experience to SR Holdings, with a career built in the apparel industry where she managed teams, operations, and brand execution at scale. She oversees brand strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market direction across the portfolio — ensuring that complex technical products resonate with their target audiences and stand apart in crowded verticals.
Faraday's infrastructure can be licensed to external tenants beyond PSE. Multi-tenant architecture enables additional verticals without rebuilding core infrastructure. Currently a roadmap item as the platform matures.
PSE generates revenue through payroll compliance services — CHAP AI™ pre-run validation, audit automation, and regulatory governance for multi-state employers and compliance-intensive industries.
